Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are applicable in the following cases:
- Failed Transactions: If a transaction fails due to technical issues, and the amount has been debited from your account.
- Duplicate Transactions: If a payment is processed multiple times for the same service or product.
- Unauthorized Transactions: If a transaction is proven to be unauthorized or fraudulent.
Refund Request Process
- Contact Support:
Get in touch with our customer support team by emailing us at support@rupi-setu.com or through the app’s help section. Be sure to include the transaction ID, date, amount, and the reason for the refund request. - Verification:
Our team will review your request and validate the transaction details. This may involve coordination with the respective payment partners or service providers. - Processing Time:
Upon successful verification, eligible refunds will be processed within 15-20 business days. However, please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment gateway.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be applicable under the following circumstances:
- Transactions that were successfully completed, and the service/product has been utilized.
- Errors resulting from incorrect details entered by the user (e.g., wrong account number or bill details).
- Requests submitted more than 30 days after the transaction date.
Refund Method
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the transaction (e.g., bank account, card).
